Stylish sketches of your guests
I'm here to enhance your event, making it truly memorable:
During the occasion, I create instant sketches of your guests using my iPad, which are then printed on my portable mini printer. There's no need for prolonged posing; I simply capture reference photos for the illustrations.
While some illustrations are completed on-site, others are sent to the event host or directly to guests within two weeks.
Additionally, digital copies of the illustrations are provided for online sharing by all attendees.

How I work

Consultation
You provide details about the event, and together we'll determine the most suitable service package. Here are some questions to address:
- How many guests are expected?
- What kind of background are you envisioning for the illustrations?
- How long shall I be staying at the event?

Booking of the event date
Booking the event date in advance guarantees the service. I take 50% prepayment to save the date. The minimum booking duration is 2 hours.

One week before the event
We finalize and approve original layout for your event in accordance with the event theme and style. I prepare 4 illustrations based on your pictures as the example of my work for the event.

At the date of the event
I arrive early, adhering to the event's dress code, and set up my workstation. I photograph your guests and delight them with artistic sketches based on these photos. I typically complete around 5 sketches per hour; any remaining sketches will be finalized within 2 weeks after the event and mailed directly to your guests or the event host.
Illustrations prior to the event
During the event, I prefer to showcase my work through pre-prepared illustrations of the event hosts. I create four picture-based illustrations on the pre-approved background.

The total price is determined by:
- the duration of my stay at the event
- the number of guests
- your preferences for prints delivery

Price calculation example
- Time at the eventThe time that the illustrator is present at the event, capturing photos of the guests and creating around 5 sketches per hour (minimum of 2 hours).

Connection with customers
During the event, all guests will be invited to provide their contact information so that I can personally send them the digital illustrations.

Prior to the event, the event host will receive a link to a shareable folder, where all illustrations will be downloaded within a week following the event.
